EVO is the updated version of our worldwide well known F32 of which it maintains the mould shape and thus the interchangeability.
The EVO version includes some additional important technical solutions, having a positive impact on performance, easy to use and maintenance.
The update consists in:
- Main table moving on precise linear roller guides;
- Possibility to open the main gear support for better accessibility to the moulds closing area in case of jam;
- Transmission by gears in place of chain;
- Torque limiter on the gear-box shaft;
- Optimized water flow in the central and return channels for better heat transfer;
- Water cooled inlet and outlet curves;
- Independent cooling of the right/left mould chain with independent temperature set.
Of course, the F32EVO is industry 4.0 ready.
In the next months, the EVO version will be extended to all the F32 and F65 range of corrugators.
